Hello Bar
-
I would absolutely LOVE a Hello Bar plugin option. The HelloBar.com site provides creative and simple ways to attract more followers and subscribers. I was hugely disappointed after I customized my hello bar to find out wordpress.com users aren’t allowed to have plugins. I think providing a Hello bar plugin or even an update follow/subscribe me button on websites will be great for users.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I would never use that toolbar on any of my sites ever. I read the Terms of Service and I consider it to be adware/malware.

See here for installing the follow blog widget https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/
You can also use the Blog Subscription Shortcode https://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscription-shortcode/
You cannot use the MailChimp embed code or the Aweber embed code and cannot create a pop-up on a wordpress.COM hosted blog. You can create a sign- up page on MailChimp or on Aweber only and ink to it.
If you want to use MailChimp with your WordPress.com site here’s the info from MailChimp Support http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-to-add-a-mailchimp-signup-form-to-your-wordpress-blog
