  I am trying to add the HelloBar plugin to my site but cannot. Could I have some help please.

  Hi.
  Only the Business Plan has the possibility to add Google Analytics as an additional plugin. Otherwise we cannot add to the plugins that are already built in to the WordPress.com platform.
