  When you delete a post, page, or comment from your site, it will be moved to the Trashed folder. You have separate trash folders for posts, pages, and comments. This feature makes it easy to recover an accidentally-deleted post or page from your WordPress.com site.

  Any files in the trash are automatically deleted after 30 days. If you removed that content more than 30 days ago, then it is not recoverable.

  Regarding media files, deleting a file from your Media library will also remove it from the post or page it is on. Deleted media files cannot be recovered.
