Hello! Customize does not working

Hello i have a website on wordpress running a Flatsome theme and yesterday i tryed to change my footer and header bar from the Customize(Brush icon) option but its not working. all i can see is this message:
Your theme has 5 assembled areas, but this individual page does not display them.
You can browse other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and edit the tracks displayed on those pages.
I tryed to use it on other pages but still nothing. All my plugins are updated and WordPress is 5.5
Any help pls ?

I Deactivated almost all my plugins and it showed me more options but i get this message
