  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com and have no control over how the comment feature on that site works.

  You’ll need to contact the owner of that directly for help with this, as only they can check whether there’s a problem with the Captcha plugin they’re using on that site.
