I have checked this domain and added modlook already, here is why:
When you check taleemulislam.com on WHOIS websites like this one https://www.whois.com/whois/taleemulislam.com, they show the result:Registrar: TurnCommerce.
But that may be not accurate result, because if you try to follow https://taleemulislam.com you will end up in domain registrar website: https://www.hugedomains.com/domain_profile.cfm?d=taleemulislam&e=com.
So I think that WHOIS search shows up registrar of hugedomains.com, not taleemulislam.com.
Therefore it is better for Staff to check in system, it may be a domain that was registered via WordPress.com in the past.
Also this case included money refund, that is also only for Staff to solve.

We have no record of it in our system.

I’m also seeing taleemulislam.com point to a domain parking/registration site (hugedomains), not a WordPress site of any sort. So the user may have sorted this out with their registrar.

Always! Especially in a billing situation. In this case, even though the domain isn’t registered or pointed here, they could potentially have a previous plan that renewed — but we do not see that on our end.

Not necessarily — they can point the domain one place while it’s registered elsewhere, but a whois search will usually say where a domain is registered, too. In this case, it is registered at
TurnCommerce, Inc. DBA NameBright.com
