  Hello , I have tried to migrate using the filezilla site and I’m having no luck is this something you can help me with , do I need the WordPress plug in (not sure if that would be available on the wordpress.com site ?)

  Custom plugins are only available for self hosted WordPress.org websites. The differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org are explained here:
