  Are you talking about the account profile picture that is linked with gravatar?

  Here is the support document that will help you out in changing the profile image:

  Can you please tell me exactly where you’re trying to upload the picture? At https://wordpress.com/me/ or on https://gravatar.com/?

  What format is the image file you’re using, and what is the file size?

  Can you please check if clearing your browser cache helps?
