    Hello,

    I cancelled my purchase and it never went through. I really have no need for what I paid for which is why I cancelled it but apparently it was never fully went through. I’d like to know if i can cancel the service and get my refund.

    I can confirm that you have cancelled the Premium Plan and issued a refund for your original purchase amount. You can see a receipt confirming this refund here:  https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    You can expect to see the funds in your account, but it can take a billing cycle or two depending on your institution. I can confirm the refund was processed on our end, but you may also wish to contact your credit card company to confirm.
