Hello I Can’t Add Any New Photos to my post

I add images only to my post and now I every time I add one I get an error message. What is wrong?

What is the exact error message you are seeing on dbzxenaman.wordpress.com? Are you seeing it when clicking the Add button on the post editor or when uploading directly to the Media Library?
Just let me know and we can go from there.

Thanks for helping me, so I login and then from there I go to my site. I click add a post so then I hit media to upload my newest image an it says
“1 file could not be uploaded because an error occurred while uploading”
It has been doing this for months. Every image it is the same thing. I’m not sure what is wrong.

– Which browser or app are you using to upload?
– Does it matter if you try other (perhaps smaller) images?
– If possible, can you try uploading from another device to see whether it makes a difference?

No, I even tried smaller images to see and it doesn’t matter. All images refused to upload.– If possible, can you try uploading from another device to see whether it makes a difference?
I only use a computer, I don’t own any other devices capable of going online. -
Could you try another browser then, in case it’s an issue with an extension in Firefox?
If another browser works, you can try disabling extensions one at a time to see which one caused the issue. Or it’s possible clearing your browser cache will solve it. Here’s how to do that:

Could you try another browser then, in case it’s an issue with an extension in Firefox? No I only use firefox, I don’t trust other browsers. Also this is recent because in October of this year it worked. So I’m thinking it is a site issue.
I researched it and it says WordPress is doing an ‘update’ and the blogs need to be ‘updated’ so I’m not sure.
I know it is not firefox because I have disable extensions and I clean it everytime I get offline. I’m pretty sure it is a site issue.
I changed themes to see if that would ‘update’ the site so I’m trying to do everything I can.

The problem is not with your site – I’m able to upload images to your site’s media library without any problems – you can see a test image I uploaded if you go to your media library at My Site ->Media.
That error indicates either a browser or a connection issue. The only way to confirm which it is is to try using a different internet connection, or a different browser.

That does not rule out Firefox as the cause. It only rules out specific settings within Firefox.
