Hello, I can’t upload videos.

  I have a personal plan on a wordpress account but it won’t let me upload videos, it always ask me to upgrade to premium to upload videos.

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s right. A Premium plan is required. You could of course just embed links to videos from elsewhere.
