  How long ago did you delete your site? If you are using a direct link to your document you may be seeing a cached version of that document. Try using a different browser or clear your current browser’s cache and cookies, which will also log you out of all sites you are logged in to.

  Also, deleting your site does not remove it immediately from search engine returns if your site was public. You will need to contact each search engine to have the link/document removed. https://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/
