Hello I did not realize I was being charged…

    Hello, I have neither launched my website or claimed a domain yet I have been charged for a whole year or more of service. I did not realize that I had to pay until my site was officially launched… or I would not have opted for such premium features…. I have been dealing with a lot of family issues and therefore have not been able to keep up with all the development (I am the owner of edogallery.com). I would really like to switch to WordPress from Wix as I am unhappy with the way Wix builds and maintains their websites. I would like a refund or credit for future use for a new website. Also please contact me about getting some help launching this thing
