Hello, I don’t know why but my friend said she is still banned…

    Hi there….I am a very frustrated blog owner here. I don’t know if I can say I own the blog because I have the free version of the WordPress.

    I am frustrated because my friend who is a frequent visitor of my blog and she is subscribed to it as well. She has been a visitor for like almost two months now. She has been able to comment and be active here until just recently, try last Wednesday/Thursday to be precise.

    For some reason she is banned. I checked all my settings and stuff but it seems like she is not blocked or anything like that. I checked the whitelist, the discussion options and went to askismet to see what was going on there and I did all the things that I was supposed to do but according to my friend she is still not able to comment directly through my blog…the only she is able to is through her email because she gets notifications and she is subscribed to my blog…..

    Can you please tell me what the issue is and how we can resolve this? I wonder if it’s a glitch that WordPress is having or is WordPress doing something automatically that I don’t know about……

    I don’t want to make it a hassel for my friend/frequent visitor cus it’s taking our precious time away to interact with each other as fans to something we enjoy…..

    I’ve been getting auto help here but all the auto generated answers aren’t really helping me out……I wonder if you can help me troubleshoot further because we can’t seem to figure out what it is because I did everything I possibly could and also my friend tried on her end as well…..

    Please help me…I would greatly appreciate your help….
