Hello! I have a problem with subscription and i want my money back soon.

    Hello. I am the owner of the (https://readerinbluecom.wordpress.com/). I’ve had a package on this blog from you and yesterday i’ve asked you to cancel it and give me back my money (those 66 dollars that you’ve taken from my account without letting me know first). You said that I’ll receive all of them but today when i’ve checked, there wasn’t any of them in the account. I wanna know if i will receive all my money back and when it will be that.

    Hi @vivi30angeldevil, I can see the refund was sent. It can take several business days for that to route back properly and appear on your statement.

    Also, if you cancelled immediately after purchasing, the refund may not appear at all — the entire charge might have simply been voided.

    If after 2 weeks you still don’t see the refund on your account, please contact the bank directly to confirm it wasn’t voided, then contact us here.
