  Unable to sign in for over a month now. Password reset just sends me back to log in page. The only reply I received from this forum was ‘what’s your url?’ which I gave but not reply. Now, googling my website + wp-admin doesn’t even bring up Word Press. This is unacceptable. I need to either access my site or delete it and get a refund.
