  Hello, i need help in uploading plain html file(with bootstrap styles) into wordpress theme.
  What is the procedure to do it?

  It is not possible to edit or add the HTML file or PHP code in WordPress.com platform. You can know more about this in FAQ’s

  You can try out WordPress.org platform if you want to edit or add files to WordPress theme.
