Hello, I need help please!

    nd only kept the domain. Instead I bought a hotell from Bluehost and then changed the name server to direct it to my new hotell. Now it seems that I’m stuck in between the .com and .org wordpress. When i log in to my site at bluest and then press launch wordpress the page turn completely white and a zero is showing on the left top corner. And if i typ my domain name I
    automatically end up in the wordpress.com site. But the thing is I can use my 4g on the cellphone to log in through bluest then to wordpress and it works fine. Ive checked problems with IP and there were none. And I don’t know what to do? Can I get rid of the wordpress.com site without loosing my domain name?

    Hi cvpoliveoil, if you just barely switched over, can you wait for about a day to make sure the internet has caught up with the changes? The web uses cache to make things run faster, and it works well except when you make a major change like this, then you’ll run into the exact issues you’re describing, where it works in some connections but not others.

    That should most likely be stable by tomorrow; if not, call your ISP and they will have some tips to help clear out cache on your own system.

    As for what to do with the site here, since you’re wanting to use the domain right now, I’d recommend hanging onto the site here for at least 60 days. Then you can transfer the domain to your new provider, assuming everything is going well there, and then you can delete the site here.
