hello , i need help with my refund

i bought premium service on january 22nd , and asked for a refund on that day .
and i’ve got a receit right back confirming the refund .
however , the premium cost has got included in my card bill . i guess the refund progress got pretty much delayed . therefore i would like to ask for a refund asap .

If you want a refund you need to cancel your plan. You can cancel your plan within 30days of purchase in order to get a refund.

Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
