  Hello there, What is the URL of the site you are trying to work on?

  If this is for a WordPressdotcom site account, there currently is a bug that does not allow unverified accounts to change their account email address.

  If that is relevant to you, please return here and type your correct email address here normally, which will redact it from public view, but Staff will be able to see it. Then add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of the Forum thread sidebar for Staff assistance.
