  Hello, I want to activate and make this a blog page again. What do I do?

  The site I need help with is theesca.wordpress.com.

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com sites are never deactivated unless you delete them, so that site is still active. Just go to My Site ->Posts ->Add New and publish a new post to get going again.
