    Hello,
    i was wrongly extended by one more year even though i cancelled.

    Can you please confirm the cancellation and reimburse the wrong charge on paypal?

    Also your company seems to have restricted my domain.
    Can you please assist me so i can use them with my own domain provider

    Hi there,

    You filed a dispute with either PayPal or your bank, so we have issued you a charge back fee.

    Can you please contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to cancel the dispute. If you’re able to do that and they haven’t refunded the charge yet, we’ll be able to remove the chargeback fee and issue you a refund which would take 7-10 business days. However, if the chargeback has already been completed, i.e. your bank is refunding you, then you will need to pay the fee to unlock your site and disputes can take a long time, so you could possible not receive your refund for up to 75 days. Please let me know if you’re able to cancel the dispute with your bank.

    i arranged all with paypal.
    Can you please reimburse me the wrongly charged amount?

    More importantly I have no access to my domain! Can you release it please so it can be used by my new provider?

    I’ve processed your business plan refund and domain mapping on bluehouse.is. In about 10 days you should expect to see those funds reach you. Amount is $299.

    The domain was just mapped to WordPress.com, so it was only pointed to us, but not registered through us.

    You’ll want to visit your domain registrar and find out how to point the domain to the new site.

    I did,
    and they mentioned it is still blocked by wordpress.

    Hi chickmunks,

    Can you clarify what you mean when you say the domain is “still blocked by wordpress”? The domain can be pointed to another host by updating the DNS through the company you originally registered the domain with.

    I actived web forwarding on the company that is my provider with the domain.
    However if you go to my website it still gets forwarded to the wordpress page.

    Hi chickmunks,

    Thanks — although Business plan has been cancelled, your site needs still to be reverted back to the Free plan. Doing so will mean your site uses the free address from that point onwards. Are you happy for me to revert your site back to the Free plan? Is there any content or media you wish to keep or is it no longer needed?

    I find this rather distressing that as an former professional costumer i have to address my requests on a public forum.
    Especially since there was a mistake on your companies behalf.
    Therefor I kindly ask you to delete this entire post because the issue has been settled.
