  Hi!

  If you have not installed any plugin or custom themes, you can cancel your plan any time from Manage Purchases (in your personal menu, the round icon top left of the screen). If that’s not the case, you’ll have to contact Customer Support to have your plan cancelled.

  Also, if you are in the 30 first days since you subscribe to the Business plan, you’ll recieve a refund of the amount you paid. Check this help page for more information about the refund: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  There wasn’t a business plan added to the account you’ve reached us from. Can you sign in to the correct account or share the site address that was registered with the business plan?

  We will need to get you in the right account in order to check on the refund status.
