  Hello it seems that we are having issues finding our WP admin tool page. Please we need your assistance. Attempts to log-in today have redirected us to a page that can’t be found.

  Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Ah, ok, you’ll need to contact your host about that one. It’s not hosted on our servers here at WordPress.com which means that we don’t have access to the account or the backend of the site. It looks like it might be a GoDaddy site:

  Thanks Rachel. I knew teh domain was with GoDaddy, but I guess what we can longer access is the CMS page/tools in Word Press to make updates to the back end of the site? Does that usually reside where the site is hosted or with Word Press?

  I can see your WordPress Dashboard is no longer at the usual place – http://classickickboxing.com/not_found. Although it’s a WordPress site, it’s not a WordPress.com site. This means we don’t have access to your WordPress files because they’re on GoDaddy’s servers so I can’t see where your login page is located.

  There are two flavours of WordPress. We are WordPress.com and your site is WordPress.org. This means you’re using the open-source WordPress downloaded from https://wordpress.org and it’s hosted on GoDaddy’s servers.

  You can get support for the WordPress.org flavour in the WordPress.org forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/

  However your best bet is to reach out to your host because they will be able to access your WordPress files and help you find the login form.

  So I was able to change the email address that corresponds to my word press account and my hosting company. However I still and not able to communicate with WordPress for some reason. I need to figure out how to reset my log-in with wordpress and find my dashboard/admin page.

  Any suggestions?

  Staff can help you best, but if you can get into your Cpanel and go to your file manager on go daddy, you should be able to look at all the uploaded files and find your wp-admin folder. Some people put it in a /blog subdirectory or elsewhere.

  it sounds like you need to locate your WordPress install.,for that you can try the file manager route or seek help from godaddy. The WordPress.com staff here on this support forum referred you to the WordPress.org support if you need help with WordPress hosted elsewhere than here. To understand the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, go here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
