Hello? I'm done with this step! Can I get out now?

    The entire scenerio is laid out in the forum I had to start, rather than as part of the access to Support I paid for.
    Please stop preventing me from direct email contact with WP Support people. It’s prohibitvely time-consuming!
    I have numerous technical problems I’ve learned to live with, rather than endure this process. Really, if you had any sense of the hours it takes, you might appreciate why so many of us have begun to view your forums as more of a business decision than anything else.
    From certain positions on the World Wide Web, the word ‘community’ has begun to wear quite thin.
    Whomever replies: Please don’t refer me to what’s on your site. I contact you for information I DON’T have, and for a personal, rather than a generic, response. Please read the problem as described in detail in the forum noted above.
    Computer: send to person. Send to human.

    As you noted, you are not happy. But we are volunteers who do in fact want to help. Starting multiple threads on the same topic wastes time: ours and yours.

    Your first thread has been modlooked so staff will see it. All I can say is just be patient.

    If you have a specific question about a technical problem, and cannot find a solution in the Support documents or in previous forum threads, then these forums are here to help. Please start a new thread with an appropriate title and tags about the issue.

    Also, you are correct about it being a business decision to rely on these community forums. Direct contact with staff (other than the modlook tag) is limited to folks with paid upgrades. Please note as well that the contact form is closed for the U.S. holiday Thanksgiving until 25 November 2012.

    Be patient, and if you have a technical question, then ask here. I see you have not posted in these forums about any other issues.
