  Hello, I’m not able to buy premium package . I want to upgrade my plan. Please help me. WordPress is not accepting my card.

  I’ve checked your account and we aren’t blocking your purchases. The error I am seeing indicates the payment to WordPress.com was blocked by your bank or card provider so I recommend contacting them for more information about why this happened.

  Please also ask them to check whether your card supports international payments as this option isn’t always enabled by default.
