Hello after a long time of not really looking after my wordpress site I’d now like to really get to understand and change it. One of the things that I’d had setup when I started was an email address for the business (email visible only to moderators and staff). However whenever anyone sends to this address it gets returned or undelivered. I know this is probably very easy to fix but I can’t seem to do it. Any ideas? Thanks Will.

This sounds like a problem on your email hosts end. You’ll have to log in to that email and figure out why it is not receiving emails.
If you want to set up a new email hosting account, here is the WordPress.com support page for adding email.
