Hello, looking for help with refund

  I haven’t received a refund of 48$ that was due today. On February 10th WordPress sent me a message that I will be refunded within 10 business days. Can You advise me what to do?

  Hi there,

  Correct, I checked and we processed the refund back to you on 2/10 – I see we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. Have you reached out to your banks? Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out. Then, I’ll reach out to the payments team if they verify they do not see the transaction from their end.
