Hello my blog was suspended

  As I understod I have to pay / upgrade to can continue to use my blog. Is this correct?
  The problem is that I didnt understand why I was suspened at the first place?!
  Something about hype, back links and third I cant remember. I just remember that didnt have any sense to me. :(
  Im in eco business and Im single mum who was whitout work for three years!! Im not cheep, I just didnt have a funds. I have 700€ a month thanks to this company Im writting this blog about! Now I can aford to spend $20-25 on WP :)
  Please, help me understand the situation Im in with you guys in WP
