hello my credentials do not work to get into my dashboard

Hello, wondered if some one can help me get into my account/dashboard for Home-Soft.ca changed computers and lost my saved credentials and nothing seems to work

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted eslewhere.
