  Hi @agenaameyo, looks like there was a mixup when you disputed the payment. I can see now you cancelled the dispute at some point, but we didn’t get notification for that.

  We’ve added your subscriptions again, and I’ve also refunded the chargeback fee, since we only have to pay that if you don’t cancel the chargeback.

  Thank you for your answer, but just below the proof that the payment for wordpress was debit from my bank account the 16th sept .
