  You can check the transaction statuses by visiting Manage Purchases -> Billing History.

  Also, modlook tag is added here. Therefore, staff will help you more on this query. :)

  Hi there,

  I can see we issued the refund on January 7, 2018. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  You should see that refund on your statement within 7-10 days.
