Hello. Please help me retrieve my seemingly lost subscribers?

  I’m a technophobe.
  The person that helped set up the blog/website no longer exists.
  Help please.
  First, my posts were not being received via email.
  I fiddled blindly around with Jetpack, and republished a post. It was received by 4 people out of 300 +, and I was 2 of them.
  It seems I have lost all my subscribers.
  Please can you help fix this remotely?

  The timing could not be worse as I’m about to publish a novel.

  Please help a desperate chap who needs your expertise.
