  my debit card is being declined.I need to upgrade my blog.is there i can pay through net banking?kindly help!

  It would be great to know the following:

  1. What are you trying to purchase?

  2. What is the exact error message you are seeing?

  3. Are you trying to pay by card or with PayPal?
