  There are two WordPress forums. This one is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com. The other forum is for WordPress blogs like your friend’s that are hosted elsewhere. The problems that users have (and the solutions) are quite different which is why the two forums are separate. Please repost your question at: https://wordpress.org/support/

  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com
  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
