Could you clarify if the web name you mentioned is the title of your site (e.g. Travel in Style) or the domain name/site address (http://itrackafricanwildlife.wordpress.com/)?
To change the title of your site, refer to this support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/general-settings/#changing-your-site-title-and-tagline
To change your site address (changing only the part before wordpress.com), please read this: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-site-address/. And take note that after you changed the site address, the existing site address will no longer be able to reuse.
