Hello there, I’ve lost all my files even my domain name…

  Hi there,
  I’ve lost my website domain name, everything, my theme, my logo, even my selected language has disappeared. I may have deleted the ‘wp-config.php’ by mistake. What can I do to go back ? instead I’m on a normal wordpress site. Please can anybody help me ? When I go to my http://www.name.com, it says ‘on maintenance’ and it doesn’t work.
  I feel stuck.

  What is the URL of the site with the problem?

  Thank you for your reply, I’ve checked my website just now and everything seems to be okay !! I don’t know why yesterday it suddenly didn’t work…

  Hi Estelle, glad you’ve got it. It does sound like maybe you have a copy of WordPress with another host, but if you ever see that error here, just log into the account that owns the upgraded site, and get in touch here:
