Hello urgent matter

    I’m having a major issue and it is I’m unable to log in to my wordpress admin site . But unfortunately it is saying it doesn’t exist my email to tbamakrerblogger account is (email visible only to moderators and staff) I’m entering my password doesn’t want to log in and I even tried resetting the password it doesn’t exist? What seems to be the issue here 🤔.

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Hi there!

    To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

    If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it on that same page by clicking the “Lost your password?” link.

    If you still have trouble, you should reach out to your host Hostinger for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site.
