Hello? what is up with the worst customer service? I paid $, need answer!

    I bought a domain. (see email that I have sent several times.) I need an answer.

    Somehow it attached to two addresses. Both of these addresses do not work. I can’t find how to get on to my domain or to enter through my account to change the name server.

    PLEASE HELP!

    You can update the nameservers to point your domain to your Wix site by following these directions Change Name Servers.

    We’d like you to give the instructions a try first so that you’re familiar with the process for when you need to do it again.

    You can reach the access point for the domain manager via your Store->Domains page on your site’s Dashboard at http://mollymiltenberger.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
