First of all, I write this email from my FAQChickens.com account in WordPress.com, because the issue regards is with my TNCountryHomes.com account.
I bought 3 business fully paid year subscriptions for Hosting and domains.
Because of all the issues, i decided to cancel the 2 year subscriptions from my WP>COm account attached to TNCountryHomes.com
I had asked (after 5 days of using it but within the 14 days) for reimbursement of the 2 hosting packages attached to that account. You refunded 1, but the other is still active. The problem is this: You do not allow me anymore to send emails or chat from that account (TNCountryHomes.com) You haven’t answered ANY of my 9 emails send to several email accounts. You do not speak to me on ANY way about the $165,65 cents and if I am going to be refunded…. In the meanwhile, I cant access the Chat or send emails from that account while there is still money open….
What is going on??? Why do i not hear anything??? What have i done wrong to you???? Why are you holding my money???? How SAD(!!!!) that I have to respond through a public platform!!!
This horrific, not needed and it says something about your customer service!!!Please send me an email back, and a confirmation that the rest of the money is refunded….
