  The bank transfer was completed on our end, but the plan was not activated. Can you help me resolve this issue?

  Are you sure you bought that pal logged in as kim69money because that account is only 4 hours old.

  Anyhow the best way to restore access to the account that mde that purchase is by using the transaction id as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
