    Hello world” Please print answer! On my dashboard I have this message that appears »With your current plan, you have prorated credits of € 96.00. Use these credits to upgrade before they expire! But I do not understand what it’s for. Can someone please explain to me. Thanks

    Hi there,

    That credit means if you want to move up to the Business Plan (instead of your current Premium Plan) instead of paying full price you would pay a discounted price.

    Basically we will account for the $96 you spent on your current plan, and apply it to the cost of the next higher plan, so you only pay the difference in price (instead of paying full cost twice)
