Hello World post keeps showing up at the bottom of my site in a light blue bar

    The “Hello World” message keeps showing up on the bottom of my site. It’s usually in a light blue/cyan bar anchoring the bottom of the site with the “Hello World” message inside it. See image reference. I have already deleted that post and emptied the trash. How do I get rid of this “Hello world” message?
