  How can we do to activate a theme ? Indeed when i try to activate one, tell me ‘unable to activate theme’ …

  You need to check if your plan is allowed to use the theme. Some of the theme you need to pay if your plan is not premium/business.

  An Administrator will need to make this change. Just to confirm — are you trying to change themes while logged in to the Administrator account (keystonecontroverse)? If so, which theme are you trying to activate?
