Hello!I would like my import process to be reset.

And may I know if there is any way to solve this problem(the import page remains “We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”) by myself?
By the way,this problem seems to be random.I registered another blog and import the same file,and everything goes well.
