  Hi,
  I’ve been checking your theme features (https://wordpress.com/themes/splendio/) and you have an option in the Page Attributes module for defining a Single Column template. Make sure you are not using this template. If you want to continue using this theme and you want it to look as in their demo page (with sidebar included) make sure you use the Showcase template.
