Hellppp – my blog won’t save

  Hi ..new here. I wrote my blog, pressed save and edit but a box came up saying that if I do this action I will navigate away from the page and lose everything. I then pressed just ‘save’and got the same message again. I pressed it …and yup, lost the lot. However, it didn’t delete my heading. I have no experience with html or tags but I thought the ‘visual’ part of the post converts it all. Any ideas to help me? Thanks so much. Red
