HELP!!!
-
I need to renew my current subscription which is now overdue since I have been waiting for help from your ‘support blog.’ All I need to do is enter in our new credit card info to renew but it will not give me that option.. it just constantly kicks me to an ‘upgrade now’ page which I don’t want to upgrade.. just renew the current subscription with our new credit card. Please help! -Mark
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the wordpress.COM hosted site you refer to please?
And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site?
This is wordpress.COM support. I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM. -
Thanks for your response.. our url is http://www.ride4water.com it was originally registered by Charlie Sears who made me an administrator on the site. His credit card is no longer valid and I need to enter mine to renew our domain. mb

As you do not own the site the site’s owner will have to transfer the blog to your account.
Companies, business, organization and groups of any kind do not own blogs. If you do not have the login information then you will have to provide proof ownership to Account Recovery Staff to gain access to the site. https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ as Support Staff cannot breach the privacy policy and provide the log-in information, so please be clear on that.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account. You will have to contact the site’s actual owner and have them transfer the blog to your username account.
The blog’s owner has to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* Replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.
After you contact the blog’s owner and he or she logs in clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username account, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If they do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then you need to follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility
If the log-in information is lost they need to visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
After you contact the site’s actual owner, they can add you as Admin and transfer the blog to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
