  When I am logged in and try to ask support a question, the help popup jumps around even before I finish my question. When I try to post to feedback, I see a number of garbage Russian posts. Is it me or wp?

  I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. Is it possible you created your site under a different login?

  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with, and can you tell us a bit more about what you are trying to set up?
