    Old site looking to retrieve information can anyone help? the site was not live as I decided to take a sabbatical from running my company but now I have forgotten how to access the site.

    Did you delete the site?

    Each WordPress.com account requires a unique email address. The account you need to access will be under a different email address than the one you are logged in with now.

    Staff will not be able to divulge private account information without proven ownership, this is discussed at the above link.
